With over 25 years of experience in the legal industry, Jocelyn began her career as a conveyancing secretary before progressing into development administration. Her extensive knowledge of property transactions and legal practice has provided a strong foundation for her current role as Office Manager.
Drawing on her years of experience, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations with professionalism, efficiency, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. She is dedicated to supporting both the team and clients, ensuring the office operates seamlessly while maintaining the high standards of service the firm is known for.
Michael Van Staden – Director
Michael specializing in high-value transactions, with a particular interest in property development and investment.
He completed his LLB degree at Stellenbosch University and further expanded his expertise by completing a Property Development and Investment course through the University of Cape Town.
Professionally, he is known for his practical approach, ability to navigate complex transactions. Outside the office, he is a devoted husband and father, an enthusiastic golfer, hunter and investor, and someone who remains confident that his next round of golf, business venture or investment decision will be the best one yet.
At 36, he has reached the stage of life where experience has taught him the value of preparation, patience, and execution.
Sherene Nel – Director
Her inherent business acumen has also proved to be an asset not only to the firm but on a client level too.
Sherene is responsible for the firm’s service relationship with numerous clients and institutions and dedicates a vast amount of her time to managing, training and monitoring of staff. She serves on various professional teams for a range of housing development projects.
Sherene has a passion for what she does which is clearly visible in the day to day administration of her duties.
Jacques Van Staden – Director
He has, in his own right, developed and managed a number of commercial, retail and residential housing projects. Jacques’ roles over the years have included the likes of Chairman of the Alberton Attorneys Association, Chairman and Vice-Chairman of various educational institutions, Homeowners Associations as well as being a Director of numerous other Companies.
Jacques’ vast experience makes him an intricate part of the firm as a whole and the legal fraternity at large..
Aaminah Nana – Director
Aaminah is the Director of the Real Estate Practice at the firm. She obtained her LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), where she discovered her passion for property law. With over 10 years of experience practising for her own account, she specialises in conveyancing and notarial practice. Aaminah is known for her meticulous attention to detail, client-focused approach, and commitment to delivering practical, efficient legal solutions. She is dedicated to serving her clients, supporting her colleagues, and making a positive contribution to the broader community.
